Copeek will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

AI platforms monitored by our Services are owned and operated by their respective providers. Copeek does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their outputs, availability, or accuracy.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access to the Services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect your use of the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

COPEEK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT MONITORED BY OUR PLATFORM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPEEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COPEEK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copeek Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Customer Data

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services.
